Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cupids account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original boxes and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
